Shane Cheary
Chief Technology Officer
Shane Cheary brings over 35 years of deep software architecture and engineering expertise. His role is pivotal in transforming complex SaaS platforms and engineering operations with a strong business focus.
Shane’s leadership has been instrumental in enhancing Hangar A’s technological landscape since August 2022. Previously, he expanded the engineering discipline at Benchmark Analytics and led significant platform growth. His skills in DevOps, product management, and continuous integration ensure Hangar A remains at the forefront of e-logistics innovation. Shane’s approach combines strategic vision with operational excellence, driving technological advancements that empower both the company and its customers.
Shane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Zoology from the University of Adelaide.
Jamie Solock Berman
Senior Vice President, Innovation & Strategy
Jamie Solock Berman is the Senior Vice President of Innovation & Strategy at Hangar A, where she leads initiatives that accelerate growth, expand market opportunities, and position the company at the forefront of express logistics. With a career spanning marketing, communications, and business strategy, Jamie combines creative vision with data-driven execution to bring innovative solutions to customers and partners.
Before joining Hangar A, Jamie held senior leadership roles in SaaS and technology organizations, where she guided companies through high-growth phases, built market visibility, and developed strategies that aligned executive goals with customer needs. Her expertise lies in shaping long-term vision while delivering measurable impact in the near term.
Jamie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Patrick Cox
Senior Vice President of Sales
Patrick Cox is an experienced sales and business development leader with proven track record of helping early-stage and scaling SaaS organizations like FourKites Inc. and OneRail Inc. define go-to-market strategies, scale revenue and achieve growth targets, build and develop teams, increase profitability, exceed customer expectations and create empowering and creative cultures.
Patrick is a Chicago native and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University.
Thomas J Ausley II
Senior Vice President of Global Logistics
Thomas J. Ausley II is the Senior Vice President of Global Logistics at Hangar A, bringing over three decades of logistics expertise. Since April 2024, he has led the company’s global logistics strategies from Chicago. Previously, Thomas served as Vice President of Logistics at Contempo Card Company, enhancing operational efficiencies, and as President of Q&A Efficiencies and Logistics LLC, where he spearheaded industry-leading logistics solutions. His earlier roles include significant positions at Tier One Relocation LLC, W.B. Mason Company Inc., FedEx Express, and UPS.
Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Rhode Island and Six Sigma certifications from Villanova University.
Elizabeth Labuzienski
Senior Director of Solutions Consulting
Elizabeth Labuzienski is the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting at Hangar A, where she leads solution design and consultative engagements for enterprise clients. Her career spans aerospace, packaging, and supply chain technology, with a focus on aligning operational needs with scalable innovation. Prior to Hangar A, she held roles at project44, enVista, and Boeing, where she contributed to international strategy, pricing, and sustainability initiatives.
Elizabeth holds both MBA and bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with concentrations in Supply Chain Management and Chemistry.
Melissa Nations
Senior Director of Implementation Services
Melissa Nations is the Senior Director of Implementation Services at Hangar A, where she leads enterprise onboarding, solution deployment, and customer success initiatives with a focus on speed, scalability, and satisfaction. With over 15 years of experience building and scaling implementation teams in high-growth SaaS and logistics technology environments—including leadership roles at FourKites and SIM Partners—Melissa is known for her operational rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and commitment to delivering measurable client outcomes. Her expertise spans project delivery, strategic planning, process optimization, and people leadership.
